There were two types of soy sauce, dark and light and a sesame seed sauce. What the exact names are, I forget! Sorry!

Please let me know what kind of sauces you served together with soyasauce when we eatet the best TEMPURA in the world!!! Here in ZüRICH we have the NISHI-SHOP where I can buy a lot of good japanis things.
