2 years ago I spent wonderful vacations in Japan. Twice I have had the chance to eat in your fabulouse restaurant. I allways remember the 3 sauces you offred. Please let me know what kind of sauces you served together with soyasauce when we eatet the best TEMPURA in the world!!! Here in ZüRICH we have the NISHI-SHOP where I can buy a lot of good japanis things.
