The Mogami restaurant I went to was absolutely fabulous – and the kushi were a treat to remember! There were two types of soy sauce, dark and light and a sesame seed sauce. Please let me know what kind of sauces you served together with soyasauce when we eatet the best TEMPURA in the world!!!
